○ Background of implementation: Ministerial meetings have been held regularly since 2000 to discuss ways to develop environmental cooperation between the Korean and Vietnamese governments and to promote friendly relations,
This year's 17th meeting was held in Vietnam to discuss key cooperation tasks between the two countries and to discuss solid fuel technology standards in the field of circular economy
Entered a business agreement between the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment (Ministry of Science and Technology) and the Korea Institute of Environmental Industry and Technology

  - (Vietnam side) 15 people including Agriculture and Environment Minister Geng Biet Heung, Vice Minister of Agriculture and Environment, and Nguyen Van Long, Director of Science and Technology

  - Establishment of National Technical Standards for Solid Fuel (RDF/SRF) to Promote Vietnam's Circular Economy and Agreement Ceremony to Implement Cooperation
  - Directions for technical cooperation and exchange related to RDF/SRF between the two countries will be discussed
